Fieldstone Leadership
Network San Diego
The Fieldstone Leadership Network San Diego was created in 1994 in response to requests from nonprofit professionals seeking leadership development and peer support. In 2019, the Fieldstone Leadership Network San Diego partnered with the Clare Rose Foundation in a strategic alliance to carry out their joint mission of supporting the human capital needs of the nonprofit sector.
Fieldstone Leadership Network San Diego offers a continuum of programs to build, deepen and sustain personal and professional capabilities and relationships among nonprofit leaders so they are better able to collaborate, problem solve, and support each other. Current programs include:
- Crossroads & Turning Points Seminars
- Leadership Learning Groups
- Executive Coaching
- Reading Groups
- Leadership Retreats
- Creative Encounters
- Fieldstone@4
- Project Stone Catcher
Fieldstone Leadership Network San Diego is home to the Clare Rose Sabbatical Program, which has been providing rest, rejuvenation, and proven capacity-building opportunities for nonprofit leaders and their organizations in San Diego County since 2013.
